Including their location and images aids in prompt responses from the city. These reports are then forwarded to the association for resolution, while users can conveniently monitor the progress of their submissions and those of fellow community members. In addition to report functionalities, the app provides access to essential resources such as the TLA calendar, news updates, services, and a variety of other features.
